Katja Feil is a passionate yoga and movement teacher specialising in Vinyasa, Yin and Fly High Yoga, with a background in dance teaching. Her classes blend fluid movement, mindful strength and deep relaxation, creating space to move with intention and ease.
Influenced by her dance background, Katja brings a strong sense of flow, rhythm and body awareness into her teaching. Her classes are creative, grounding and accessible, supporting students to feel connected, empowered and at home in their bodies.
